Exhibition Policies
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- 25% Advance payment to be made at the time of booking
- Another 25% payment to be made between 1st October to 31st October 2024
- Rest 50% payment to be made between 1st January 2024 to 10th February 2025
- Failure or any indiscipline in the payment terms will lead to cancellation of your booth without any refund.

General Policies WWE 2025
- The organiser reserves all the rights in connection with WAPTAG Water Expo 2025 including booth allocation, booth alteration, booth changing, cancellation of booth &. changing of venue.
- In raw space, we will provide raw space only, no inventory will be provided.
- We provide fascia stalls up to 36 square metres only.
- Facia booth space will be provided with the below mentioned items :

- Raw booth possession will be given on 23th February 2025, 8 AM and exhibitors have to complete their entire work before 24th Feb, 11 PM.
- Rs 600/Sq.Mtr will be taken from the Vendor/Stall exhibitor as a security deposit before giving the possession of raw space at the venue.
- Facia booth Space possession will be given on 25th February 10 am.
- Profiles of all the exhibitors will be published in the exhibition directory. Profiles for the same has to be submitted before 31st Jan 2024. No entries will be entertained after the same. The profile is a privilege to the exhibitor. Exhibitors are not authorised to have any claim regarding the space, design, content or any other data for the same
- No material/product/exhibits shall be allowed to be taken out of the venue without a valid exit permit from the organiser. Exhibitors are liable for their own product and any dispute related to it during the exhibition.
- The organiser shall not be responsible in any way of damage/theft of the material/product/display during the entire exhibition from their booth. Exhibitors can ask the organisers if they want any security or insurance facility at extra cost.
- The exhibitor may not assign, sublet or grant licences in respect of whole or part of te stand in sublet or to any other exhibitor during the exhibition, whether raw space or facia booth.
- In the event of an exhibitor's display causing inconvenience to other exhibitors, the organisers reserve that right to ask for the required alterations and the exhibitor is bound to follow.
- Neither are the stand display allowed to overhang the allotted area nor are any obstruction permitted near gangways, fire points-extinguishers and emergency exits.
- The organisers don't guarantee any volume of business to the exhibitor nor are in any way responsible for lack of visitors' interest in any exhibitor's stand.
- Any verbal agreement/commitment concerning any aspect of the contract or the exhibition is not valid unless confirmed in writing either in letter head or conversation from official mail id.
- In case of the exhibition being cancelled or suspended or deferred in whole or in part, for causes not in the organiser's control, the organisers do not accept any consequential liability in any eventuality.
- Any dispute between the organiser and the exhibitors is subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad only.
- Exhibitors are not allowed to do any promotional activities around the 1 km area from the venue without approval from the organisers.
- In case of COVID related emergencies, the advance amount paid will be adjusted when we reschedule the exhibition. No refund will be entitled.
- Dispute resolution - Ahmedabad Jurisdiction only.
